Pre-orders
Products marked as "Pre-order" can be ordered and paid for before their official release. The estimated release date is indicated for each specific product.
For Disney Lorcana products, we adhere to the official sale dates set by Ravensburger. Pre-ordered goods must not be delivered to the customer before the specified release date. Therefore, we dispatch orders with this deadline in mind, ensuring that the product is not delivered before the official launch of sales.
Release dates are set by the manufacturer or distributor and may be subject to change in exceptional circumstances.
Pre-order Availability:
The quantity of some new products may be limited and depends on the final allocation from the distributor. In exceptional cases, therefore, there may be a reduction in the delivered quantity, a delay in delivery, or other changes in availability. If such a situation affects your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution.
Ordering in-stock items together with a pre-order:
If a single order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, the order will normally be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you wish to have the available products sent earlier, please contact us at info@pokelorca.cz. In such a case, additional shipping costs may apply.
