Terms and Conditions of the Pokelorca.cz online store
1. Basic Seller Information
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer arising in connection with the purchase of goods through the Pokelorca.cz online store.

The seller operates based on the relevant trade license.
The buyer is a natural or legal person who enters into a purchase agreement with the seller through the online store.
A consumer is a natural person who enters into a contract with the seller outside the scope of their business activity or independent exercise of their profession.
2. Offered Goods
The Pokelorca.cz online store specializes primarily in:
- Pokémon Trading Card Game,
- Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game,
- collectible cards and card games,
- accessories for collectible card games,
- other original collectible products.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, the offered goods are new and original.
Product photos are for informational purposes. For products whose packaging appearance may be changed by the manufacturer, there may be minor differences in the packaging that do not affect the content or properties of the product.
3. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The buyer places an order through the Pokelorca.cz online store.
Before submitting the order, the buyer has the opportunity to check and change the entered data, order content, shipping method, and payment method.
By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions.
The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller to the buyer's email address.
The seller reserves the right to reject the order before its confirmation, especially in the event of:
- an obvious error in the price or product description,
- unavailability of the ordered goods,
- a technical error in the online store,
- reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive conduct.
If the order has already been paid for and subsequently cannot be processed for a legitimate reason, the seller will refund the amount paid to the buyer using the same method by which the payment was received, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
4. Prices
The current price of the goods is always listed directly next to the specific product.
Prices are given in Czech crowns (CZK) and represent the final price for the consumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs and other optional services are displayed to the buyer before completing the order.
The buyer always sees the total amount to be paid before submitting the order.
5. Payment Terms
Currently available payment methods are always displayed when completing the order.
These may include, in particular:
- credit card,
- Google Pay,
- Apple Pay,
- Shop Pay,
- bank transfer,
- other payment methods currently available in the online store.
The order is processed after payment is received, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or product.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The seller delivers goods to the countries listed in the online store and upon completion of the order.
Currently available carriers, delivery methods, and shipping costs are displayed to the buyer before completing the order.
The estimated delivery time is indicated for the product, upon completion of the order, or in the relevant shipping information.
For goods in stock, the dispatch time begins after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.
The buyer will receive information about the order dispatch via email, if this service is available for the given shipping method.
7. Pre-orders
A product marked as "Pre-order" is not ready for immediate shipment at the time of order.
The estimated release or availability date is indicated for the specific product.
The release and delivery date of a pre-ordered product may be changed by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. The buyer will be informed of any significant change in availability.
If the seller is unable to deliver the pre-ordered goods due to insufficient allocation from the supplier or for another reason beyond the seller's control, the buyer will be informed and the amount paid for the undelivered goods will be refunded.
This does not affect the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract.
8. Receipt and Damage to Shipment
The buyer is advised to check the condition of the packaging upon receipt of the shipment.
In case of obvious damage to the shipment, it is advisable to document the damage and report it to the carrier and the seller.
This does not in any way limit the buyer's statutory rights from defective performance or the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract.
9. Consumer's Withdrawal from the Contract
When purchasing through the online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless the law provides an exception.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the notification of withdrawal from the contract before its expiration.

The consumer then sends or hands over the goods to the seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.
The costs of returning the goods upon withdrawal from the contract are borne by the consumer, unless legal regulations provide otherwise.
The seller will refund the received monetary funds to the consumer, including the costs of the cheapest offered delivery method to which the consumer is entitled under legal regulations, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.
The seller is not obliged to refund the received monetary funds before receiving the returned goods or before the consumer proves that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Monetary funds will be refunded in the same way they were received, unless the seller and the consumer agree otherwise.
The consumer is liable only for the decrease in the value of the goods that resulted from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize themselves with their nature and properties.
10. Collectible and Sealed Products
Some products sold through Pokelorca.cz are originally sealed collectible products by the manufacturer, such as:
- booster boxes,
- booster packs,
- Elite Trainer Boxes,
- Illumineer's Trove,
- Collection Boxes,
- other sealed products.
Opening the original packaging may reduce the value of the product.
The content of randomly assembled products, especially booster packs and booster boxes, is determined by the manufacturer. The seller does not guarantee the occurrence of a specific card, rarity, or a certain market value of the content.
This provision does not in any way limit the consumer's statutory rights, especially rights from defective performance.
11. Returns and Refunds

We recommend including the order number and identification of the returned goods in the message.
After notifying withdrawal, the buyer will be informed of the procedure and address for returning the goods.
Goods must be properly packaged for transport to prevent damage.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the terms stated in Article 9 of these terms and conditions.
12. Rights from Defective Performance and Complaints
The buyer has rights from defective performance to the extent established by valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

The buyer should include the order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, attach photos documenting the defect.
Consumer complaints will be resolved within the statutory period.
The exercise of a complaint does not affect other consumer rights arising from legal regulations.
13. Personal Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document Privacy Policy, which is available on the Pokelorca.cz online store.
14. Out-of-court Resolution of Consumer Disputes
In the event of a consumer dispute between the seller and the consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute.

15. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.
Consumer rights arising from mandatory legal regulations are not affected by these terms and conditions.
The seller is entitled to reasonably amend the terms and conditions. For a specific order, the version of the terms and conditions effective at the time of concluding the purchase agreement shall apply.
These terms and conditions come into effect on the day of their publication on Pokelorca.cz.
